There's no universal answer to "what tech should I put in our company vehicles?" It depends on what your fleet looks like, who is driving, and how much downtime you can absorb. Scenario 1: Your drivers run trucks or restricted routes

If you manage trucks—or anything that needs to route around height, weight, and hazmat restrictions—you already know a phone on a dashboard mount isn't the answer. I'm not dismissing smartphone apps. They're genuinely good for passenger-car navigation. But they don't have truck-specific data baked into the routing, and the last thing you need is a driver discovering a low bridge when they're already committed to the exit.
